When: March 28-30, 2019 (Thursday-Saturday)
Convention Registration: The cost per delegate is $250 which includes a Thursday dessert reception, two breakfasts and a banquet dinner Saturday night. The commuter fee for delegates who do not stay at the hotel is $300. Register by MARCH 14 via jaocc.wildapricot.org. After March 14, registration fees increase by $50.
Hotel Reservations: $135 plus taxes/single or double plus $5/night for parking. Register by FEBRUARY 26 by 5 p.m. to get these special rates. To register, contact Stacy Reynolds, the hotel's convention services manager: phone: 916-924-4952; email, [email protected], with the following information:
- Adviser and name of college
- Number of single and double rooms
- Arrival and departure dates
- Number of rollaways needed (provided on first-come, first-serve basis as available)
